I learned from him that DL Phenylalanine, L Tyrosine, Lecithin, L Arginine, Pregnenolone, Tryptophan, and Gaba (also good for the eyes and helps you sleep) are just a few. But there are many more brain salts also known as Amino acids that all come from the same protein family and are nutrition for our brains.
Serine, Threonine, Lysine, (great for the eyes too) just to name a few. The amino acids that Dr. Braverman taught me about are also known as natural hormone therapy and they can help you to overcome depression, over eating, insomnia and so much more.
When I began taking the same ones that Dr. Braverman taught me about in 2009 I noticed within two weeks that I was totally healed of a lifetime struggle with insomnia where I would sit up till 3 or 4 AM almost nightly every week. I was also healed from over eating almost around the clock.
