7/17/2013 0 Comments July 17th, 2013 Eat pineapples for breakfast and pineapples before bed to aid in digestion, to help ease breathing problems and to help subdue allergies. If you don't like pineapples as I didn't for many years you can also take Bromelain which does the same thing as it is the extracted enzyme from pineapples which is the beneficial nutrient that alleviates all the above afflictions.
